At DOONAKINGDOM, every item is made to order just for you using premium materials and careful craftsmanship. Because of this, our policy is slightly different from mass-produced stores.
❌ Order Cancellations
We begin working on your order quickly to ensure fast production.
- ✔ Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase
- ❗ After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or changed
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
As each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, design, or colour selected

🛡️ Damaged or Faulty Items (You’re Covered)
We stand by our quality — and we’ve got your back.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- ✔ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- ✔ Send clear photos of the issue
- ✔ We will replace your item at no extra cost
📦 Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it — no questions asked.

- ✔ We’ll send a free replacement immediately
🚚 Production & Delivery
All items are made to order with care.
- 🛏️ Bedding & custom items: 3–3.5 weeks delivery
- 📦 Tracking is provided once your order is dispatched
