- Made to order
- Customised based on your selection

- Discontinue products at any time
- Refuse any order at our discretion

- Product images are for illustration purposes
- Colours may vary due to screen differences
- Minor variations may occur due to custom production

5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars)
- Prices include GST unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
We may cancel orders if:
- There is a pricing error
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
6. Orders & Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- After this time, production begins and changes or cancellations are not possible
7. Shipping & Delivery
- All items are made to order
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
Typical delivery times:
- Canvas: 5–10 business days
- Custom items: 2–3.5 weeks
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs or logistics issues
- External factors beyond our control
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- We do not accept returns for incorrect selections made by the customer
If your item is:
- Damaged or faulty → we will replace it
- Incorrect due to our error → we will replace it
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
- Designs
- Images
- Logos
- Text
is the property of DOONAKINGDOM and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased
